We've made upgrades to our webhooks service to improve its scalability.
After successfully having completed initial phase of the migration process, we have not witnessed any downtime or data loss. Consequently we're using this second maintenance window to migrate the final batch of customers to the new version of our webhook service.
During the maintenance window, we do not anticipate any service interruptions. Our systems are designed to continue processing webhook notifications without disruption. However, as a precautionary measure, we will be preserving all webhook data to ensure zero data loss during this period.

We have implemented a fix for an unexpected change in the root certificate used by our partner in sending Transaction Notifications from Mastercard.

We are aware of a service degradation affecting Mastercard Real-Time Authorization messages. We have identified a potential authentication issue between our service and Mastercard and are actively investigating.
This is not impacting card enrollment services for Mastercard.
